What We Do!
Welcome to SistaTalkPHL – a dynamic organization founded in 2018 by the visionary Adam L. McNeil. Our journey began with a singular mission: to empower and support black women and mothers in their personal development. In 2021, we achieved a significant milestone by earning recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization, solidifying our commitment to making a lasting impact.

In the transformative year of 2022, our dedication to community collaboration bore fruit as we proudly accepted a grant from our esteemed long-term partners, Bebahsi Transition to Hope. This recognition fueled our passion to give back even more, leading to the establishment of My Sista's Resource Hub in the heart of North Philadelphia. This hub serves as a beacon of hope, combining a food and nursery pantry to address the immediate needs of our community.

At SistaTalkPHL, we go beyond providing resources – we cultivate a sisterhood of support. Through workshops, engagements, and a genuine sense of community, we aim to foster an environment where women can thrive. Our approach is not just about building strong women; it's about nurturing a generation of young women grounded in self-worth, accountability, and integrity. Our ultimate goal is to instill an unwavering love for oneself that cannot be taken away.

Wheels 2 Work is our back on your feet free car program for Single Mothers in Need! Our mission is to provide a used vehicle to a single mother each month that meet the requirements of our program.
